  • "I bought a 2017 try guild from there in March of 2017 and got a 2 year warenty. After having it for a month I noticed that there was a 4 inch crack in the tour pack so I went back and long story short I fought with Harley on the phone for a bought a year and they finally said they couldnt recreate the problem and would not fix it. Well it was like feb and I called cycle stop and found out that the service person wasnt there anymore and I talked to Laura I hoped I spelled it right and she did above and beyond and ended up calling me in early may and told me that Harley Davidson was going to fix it. It is in the shop as I write this. Thank you for the dedication to your costumers and helping get this fixed."

  • "They held a part for me and I needed a new battery. Being short staffed they couldn't squeeze me in. My bike wouldn't start and they took the extra time they didn't have to install the new battery. One of my favorite places to visit in all of Rochester. Great customer service!"

  • "I was at the open house this past Saturday and it was great. The staff was super helpful and very smart. Any questions I had they knew the answers. The sale clerk Melissa helped me pick out Christmas gifts for my hard to shop for family and friends. I would recommend all my friends who ride motorcycles, or need anything for their bikes to go to this shop.. Not only is it close to home, so getting there is easy but the atmosphere was one that is very welcoming. I will be going back to The Cycle Stop for all my motorcycle needs from now on. This is a great place to shop, get parts, shirts, boots and any other thing you could ever ask for, for a true Motorcycle lover."

  • "I found Cycle Stop through the Dealer Locator network. I called them in hopes of locating hard to find 1200S forks for my Sportster. Cycle Stop not only had them, they shipped them to me that day. the forks arrived a few days later well packaged and in perfect condition. I dealt with counterman Tim in the parts department. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and enthusiasm when helping me out. I have bought parts and bikes from many dealers over the years. None have handled my order as well as Cycle Stop.   • "I had brought my 1997 Kawasaki 1500 in that I bought used from Craigslist because of a recall on the transmission.I called Kawasaki and and they informed me there was safety recall on this bike, and they stated I could only take it to be repaired at a authorized Kawasaki dealer.They gave me the name of an authorized dealer in Spencerport NY. because that was nearest to me.I gave them a call and the service manager stated that they could not do the recall because they did not have anyone with the knowledge or experience do do the job I said how can that be true because they were authorized dealer ? they never even offered to look up the recall or even to inspect the bike all he said was no and that I would have to find another shop. I have a friend who owned a Kawasaki that he bought new so I asked his if he ever dealt with them and I told him what I went though he said wow that I should go where he bought his bike so he gave me the number to Cycle stop and let me tell you what a difference I called and talked to Laura the service manager and she said sure let me look up the recall and bring it in so we can inspect it as well as she called Kawasaki once I got there my behalf and got the matter taken care of in a very professional way and yes they had people with the knowledge that could do the job.I am so pleased with them so if you want knowledge, professional service, caring and attention to every need because as I said I did not buy the bike at cycle stop and they made me feel important they did all they could do.I can say if you want service after the sale go here because I can only imagine what you must get if you bought the bike there.I will be buying my next bike there for sure just to find out !! lol I know I will be treated with the same care because that's the way it should be done. Thank you Laura for showing what a true authorized dealer should be service,sale and customer service they are top notch in my opinion."

  • "My friend referred me to Cycle Stop after I had no luck with two other Harley dealers and three local motorcycle repair shops. My 1989 Harley Softail was running poorly and no other shop was able to diagnose the issue. It was in their shop less than two days and the problem found and fixed. The last place had it for three weeks with no luck! Thanks to Cycle Stop's excellent service department staff that communicated with me and was extremely fast and friendly.

    To top it off, I was riding my bike four days later and the mechanic that worked on my bike caught me at a red light in the city and asked me how it was running. Its nice to know that the customer is not just a name and number, that the staff remember us and go out of their way to make sure we are satisfied with the service.

  • "I bought a new 2015 Honda CB300F. I took it in for the 600-mile service. The work was done in a timely manner and I am very happy with the service rendered. Chain slack adjusted, oil and filter changed, thorough inspection, the bike shifts and rides like it's brand new.Being a new rider and still learning, I dropped my bike a few times, all at stops (stuck my foot in a pothole, loose sand, spilled oil, wet lane pavement markings, tar snakes, stopped on an incline, etc.), and crashed it once at very low speed, about 5 miles an hour. I have frame sliders installed so the bike did not receive any damage from the drops. However, I broke a piece of the clutch lever and bent the shift lever when I crashed the bike. I requested the clutch and shift levers to be replaced. The service department did not have the parts in-stock, but they managed to straighten out the bent shift lever. I appreciate the extra effort made to repair the damage."

So when we are wowed by over the top customer service we like to extend a comment to others in search of what we consider A Great Customer Service Experience! We bought our first bike last week from Dick Romeiser and his 32 years of experience in motorcycle sales and customer service was outstanding. We bought a 2013 XVS1300 Yamaha V-star and from start to finish it was a Great Experience!!! If you are in the market for a motorcycle we highly recommend Dick Romeiser and the entire team at Cycle Stop Motorsports."

  • "I purchased a 2014 CVO limited and after a short time it developed a motor noise.Other dealers told me I had to live with the noise and it was normal. They also suggested I get a loud exhaust or turn up the radio.These suggestions wern't what I needed to hear after I spent that much money.I proceded to take my bike to Cycle Stop, the mechanic started it up and was able to sort out the problem and get this motor running the way it was designed to run.Harley provided the parts under warranty.They have always treated me very well.I will continue to have my work done at this GREAT Dealership.Thank you so much Laura, Jim and the owner of Cycle Stop."

  • "I bought my 2012 FLHX from Jim McDaniel, he gave me more money for my trade than anyone around. I since then have done extensive upgrades to my bike to make it reflect on my personal style. Laura and Ken in service have gone above and beyond the call of duty for me. Tim the Parts Manager is the man, he has never sold me a part that he didn't know everything about or had some form of experience with. I have purchased 4 Harley's from Cyclestop since 2004 and each time I have been treated like I am there only customer. Keep up the good work!!"

    I wanted you to know that I had a problem with a new front tire that was installed at Cycle Stop. Tim & Laura scheduled a service appointment and went through the bike looking for problems that could make the tire wobble and be out of balance. They eliminated all the variables and were able to convince Dunlop/Harley Davidson to put a new tire on my bike. All the problems went away with the new tire!! The process was a little long but the outcome was the right one! Without both of them working together I am not sure I would have a new tire! You would have lost a customer: Now you have one forever!!
