"Recently my ignition module went. As my bike is my sole means of transportation this was a big problem for me. Joe in service, understood the issue and got me back on the road till the part came in. Losing my bike, even for a day, is a major problem. When the part finally came in, Joe got the bike in the shop and I was back on the road in an hour. That's old-school service. Thanks Joe."

"This recent purchase marks the 10th motorcycle for me. That is to say I have a good amount of motorcycle dealership interaction. The sales staff take their time to answer questions and illustrate further to clarify any outstanding concerns. No pressure rather an easy environment to look and just get comfortable. That alone will make your purchase experience a very positive one ! Parts staff are prompt and have the time tested experience to know what you may not know to assure the best fit the first time around. No repeat back to the store because of improper purchase. I definately enjoy the accessory department inside also. There is a nice assortment of Harley garb for all ages and styles to fit nearly every type of rider. From hard core to the suttle. Being new to Harley, I am very pleased with the purchase thus far knowing that I am being supported by such a knowledgable staff from all aspects of my riding experience.
